A little about myself: I am a 36-year-old man who has a great sense of humour. My brain is very active and if it is in my head then I say it out loud! In many ways I present as if I have ASD and ADHD, but I am not formally diagnosed with these. I do have a diagnosis of Foetal Alcohol Syndrome and learning disability. I also have developmental trauma from a challenging start in life when I experienced neglect and abuse. This leads to me becoming very scared and very anxious, both easily and often.
