He has complex additional health and learning needs and occasional behaviour that challenges. He enjoys gaming, drumming, music, socialising and various other activities. He lives in his own home with a therapy dog that plays a key role in his emotional and behavioural well-being. Unless needed in an emergency, you will have the rest of your time to pursue other interests or work should you wish to, so long as any regular commitments are made known at interview. I need practical support with all daily activities, assistance on trips away, attending social events and whilst at work. Working within an existing team, you'll work at least two or three 48 hour shifts per month, flexible to change on occasion as needed. Emergency cover may at times be needed if another PA is absent or ill. Sleeping nights required and parking available. Travel expenses will not be covered and you'll need to bring your own food.
