    We are looking for an HCPC-registered Psychologist experienced in autism and ADHD assessments to conduct structured diagnostic interviews and observations as part of our multidisciplinary pathway. You will administer standardised tools such as ADOS-2and ADI-R, contribute to diagnostic reports, and participate in MDT discussions for final formulations. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive autism assessments using validated tools (ADOS-2, ADI-R, DISCO, 3Di). Conduct semi-structured clinical interviews with patients and families. Score, interpret, and report assessment findings to contribute to diagnostic decisions. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, nurses, and speech & language therapists. Provide diagnostic feedback sessions with compassion and clarity. Maintain clinical documentation to professional and CQC standards. Option to deliver post-diagnostic psychoeducation or therapy sessions. Requirements HCPC registration. Formal ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R training. ADHD Assessment training. Experience assessing autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions. Strong report-writing and communication skills. Awareness of NICE guidelines for autism diagnosis and management.     Clinical: The post-holder will, together with colleagues, be responsible for the provision of Cardiac Surgery services to the Guys & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust to include: (a) Diagnosis and treatment of patients of the trust in such hospitals, health centres or clinics or other premises as required.
