Work flexibly alongside the families, supporting them in the manner that they choose, as appropriate to the role of a Julias House Care Team Member. Take a proactive role in professional training and personal development. Promote and maintain close relations and liaison with all Care staff. Work within the appropriate regulatory bodies regulations and help to maintain accurate records of methods, evidence of policies and the monitoring of procedures for inspection.
