New Horizons Primary School are seeking to appoint a Coastguards Lead to the lead the day-to-day operation of the wraparound care provision ensuring children enjoy a safe, engaging and nurturing environment before and after the school day. About You: • Experience working with primary-aged children in a childcare or education setting. • Experience of leading or supervising a team. • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities. • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities. • Can build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues. Core hours are 3:30-6:00 PM(2 hour 30 minutes per day) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday + 2 hours for management of the club.
