You will also be expected to provide supervision to team members and mentor students. The team works 365 days a year, with hours covering, Monday-Sunday, 9.00am-5.00pm; this includes weekends and Bank Holidays when needed.

I am AuDHD and have panic disorder and require a Part Time PA to help me access the community and with some executive function challenges. I enjoy fibre arts, including spinning and crochet. I have a lovely friendly dog who would love to go on walks. And I love being in nature and gardening. I experience debilitating panic attacks when out of the house alone, and therefore need a kind and reassuring presence to help me to access the world again. Ideally, you would be available for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings, as these are the times I do not have family support. I will also need some support organising appointments, initiating housework (body doubling), and attending appointments. There is no personal care requirements nor do I have mobility issues. I require someone who drives and has access to a car as I can't use public transport due to panic. Role: -To provide emotional support when Adele is experiencing anxiety/panic/sensory overwhelm. -To help Adele to calm and settle when experiencing anxiety/panic/overwhelm. -To accompany Adele on any journey out of the house. Eg to the shops, dog walks, to craft groups, to the allotment etc. -To drive Adele to destinations. These will only be short local destinations. -To support Adele in trying to use public transport. -To body double with household tasks. (It is not required that you participate physically in the task, just to provide encouragement and goal setting so Adele can complete the tasks herself). -To provide company and friendship to Adele. It is likely that this role will be flexible in terms of days and times, which can be arranged on a week by week basis with Adele. However, the hours must add up to 16 per week.

Outpatient TYA oncology/ haematology services are provided by the TYA Day Unit, Haematology and Transplant Day Unit (HTDU) and the ambulatory care facility. The Christie TYA & haematology service has grown extensively over the past few years with the development of new treatments and CAR T. Along with the service line senior leadership team, including Advanced Practitioners and Consultant Practitioners, Advanced Practitioners will provide positive leadership, connecting patients, staff and partners with the vision and values of The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Dunstable Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) has undergone a process of transformation/ redesign in order to focus on providing prompt assessment and intervention at the point of need. By separating out some of the functions of a traditional CMHT, the new structure will additionally allow more of a focus on recovery for those with enduring mental health problems and those accessing CPA, within a linked recovery service. Community mental healthcare will increasingly be provided closer to home, within primary care networks. The Adult Forensic Service at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust has an existing opportunity for a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrists to be a crucial part in helping drive improvements to our patients’ experiences and in helping contribute to the development of our new model of care. While our new model of care is under development, and definitive medical job planning is under review, it is anticipated that the post holders will be the Responsible Clinician for 12 – 16 male inpatients or 10 – 12 female inpatients, following their caseload from admission to discharge. This opportunity could be for a full-time post within either our women’s blended secure service (WBS) or our male medium secure service. Either role would allow a successful candidate to contribute to the development of our new model of care and to shape the future of secure services for women and men from Greater Manchester. You will be supported by a full and expanding complement of multidisciplinary colleagues, with the current position being that you will work with a medical secretary, junior doctor(s), clinical psychologist, social worker, occupational therapist, and our nursing colleagues. To support our service user’s physical health, there is additionally a visiting GP, dentist, and well-established physical health team. Alongside inpatient management, additional clinical activities include on-call work, access assessments to the service, and a range of additional activities dependent on negotiation with consultant colleagues and our new model of care.
