The main purpose of this role is to increase the capacity of student nurse placements in Social Care environments across the Eastern Region and to ensure that students have a high-quality clinical learning experience. Key Roles and Responsibilities: The post holder will: 1. Maintain knowledge of Registered Nurse and Nursing Associate course curriculum, proficiency and assessment requirements. 2. Build relationships with Social Care providers within the Eastern Region and promote the advantages of hosting student nurses. 3. Facilitate digital placement days and maintain relevant and up-to-date content. 4. Act as a point of contact for Practice Assessors, Practice Supervisors and students for any organisational issues that arise leading up to and during the placement. 5.
