This role will take ownership of quality throughout the New Product Introduction lifecycle, ensuring new products are successfully transitioned from feasibility and development through to full production readiness. Working closely with customers, engineering, manufacturing and project teams, you will play a key role in delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and traceability. The Role As NPI Quality Manager, you will lead all quality planning activities associated with new product introduction and process development, whilst supporting continuous improvement across existing manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead quality activities across NPI projects from concept through to production launch. Apply and embed APQP methodologies within existing and developing manufacturing processes. About You We are looking for an experienced quality professional with a strong background in NPI and regulated manufacturing environments. Requirements Previous experience within an NPI Quality Manager, Advanced Quality Engineer, Quality Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans and quality planning tools. Experience taking products from feasibility and development through to successful production release. Excellent understanding of process validation, inspection planning and quality assurance methodologies. Proven experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of compliance, traceability and quality management requirements. Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement skills. Ability to balance quality, commercial and project delivery requirements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
