Head of Data, AI & Automation - Active SC Clearance Required The Data and AI team are establishing three key delivery engines: an AI & Automation Accelerator team, an AI & Automation Products team served by a team providing and evolving the underlying Data Platforms and a new AI Outcomes Group, of senior business stakeholders, partnering with Product Managers, will identify opportunities and feed them into the AI & Automation Accelerator team, who will rapidly discover, prototype, and validate high-potential AI and automation use cases in partnership with business teams. Unsuccessful experiments will be retired with lessons learned or pivoted to an updated solution. Successful experiments will be transitioned to the AI & Automation Products team who will convert them into production-grade AI and automation products. As Head of AI and Automation Products at OFGEM you will be accountable for a portfolio of projects that build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and scale proven use cases. You will manage AI, automation and data ingestion products through their lifecycle, and create a product-driven culture that delivers scalable, sustainable and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities: Be accountable for a portfolio of projects, working with a multidisciplinary team, that take products through beta phase to build MVPs and scalable Data and AI products. Engage with senior leaders across Ofgem to understand strategic needs and objectives and ensure that their interests are represented in product roadmaps and portfolio priorities Work closely with the Head of Data Strategy & Innovation and the Head of AI & Automation Accelerator to align with strategic priorities and roadmaps Set standards for product managers, coach and manage a team of product and portfolio managers, and ensure projects are managed and delivered in accordance with guidance agreed with the DD Digital Strategy & Portfolio and the Head of Digital Portfolio Office. As a member of the Data Leadership team, contribute to setting the direction, strategy and roadmap of Ofgem's AI, Automation and Data ambitions. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced research or operational manager to join Radiology Research and the Artificial Intelligence Imaging Hub at The Royal Marsden. Working closely with the AI Imaging Hub Directors and the Head of Investigator Initiated Trials, the Senior Scientific Manager will provide senior operational management and coordination across a multidisciplinary portfolio of imaging and AI research. The role will support study set-up and delivery, portfolio and financial oversight, governance and procedures, funding applications, workforce development and collaboration with academic, NHS and industry partners. We are looking for someone with substantial experience of research management, trial management or operational delivery in a clinical, scientific or academic environment, including portfolio, budget and reporting responsibilities. Experience of line management and multidisciplinary working, together with knowledge of clinical research governance and regulatory requirements, is essential. Experience of imaging, radiology, nuclear medicine or AI-enabled research would be advantageous. • The Senior Scientific Manager will support the Directors in the operational management and coordination of the Radiology Research Group and Artificial Intelligence Imaging Hub, working across scientific, clinical and research support teams. • The post holder will coordinate the people, processes and partnerships needed to deliver agreed imaging and AI research priorities and support the safe translation of digital tools for patient benefit. • The post holder will support an effective and inclusive working environment, including staff induction, development, recruitment and retention, within agreed workforce plans and delegated authority. • The post holder will coordinate engagement with academic and industry partners, identify funding and collaboration opportunities, and advise the Directors on operational requirements.
